Exclamation Ruud Silhouette II Stops working anytime Temps Drop below Freezing

I have a Ruud Silhouette II that for some reason stops working anytime the temperatures drop below 32. The code I get is the vent/pressure switch stuck code but I have cleaned out the pressure switch tube and found no obstructions. When it stops working a simple tap on the side of the unit kicks it on.

Could the issue be moisture in the pressure switch freezing and causing it to get stuck? Or could the pressure switch be failed? Its odd that I can pinpoint it to what the temperature outside is. The only other thing I can think of is something in the flue or how the flue was routed that traps the cold/dense air and is giving me a venting problem. Any help would be appreciated trying to avoid getting on the roof in this weather.

One possible cause: When it gets cold outside the pipe terminations (especially if there are screens on them) can ice up and block off/restrict the air. This will prevent the pressure switch from closing.

Another possibility: check the port where the hose from the pressure switch attaches to the inducer. The small hole in that port can clog with crud and cause issues. You can ream it out with an opened paper clip or small drill bit making sire it is clear all the way through. Also, make sure the pressure switch hose is clear from end to end.

Thanks, its working now as the temp has climbed since last night but I went ahead and tried to clean out the port. We'll see if it works through the night and if not guess I'm headed to the roof to see whats up there.
