Exclamation American Standard gas valve help.

I am having the same sort of problem, I have tested with a multimeter and know that I am getting power all the way to the gas valve, even when it does not light.. I'm fairly certain it's the gas valve, but I can not find any part numbers to buy a replacement, model number is TUD100C948A1, American Standard, any clues as to where to find the part number or the part number of the replacement, Thanks, any help is good help

Welcome to the forums.

I started a new thread for you as the other one would have become confusing.

Your valve is showing obsolete/discontinued. That means you may be forced to use a replacement or substitute valve. That valve may require the gas pressure to be set on the new valve.

When calling make sure to have the correct model number and serial number of your furnace.
You need to confirm with them that the part will work with your furnace.

I've seen a replacement valve # VAL04335 at hvac part supplier/valves-c-6/val04335-p-21654

Otherwise you can check with companies like....
Gas Valves - American Standard | American HVAC Parts

Gas Valves , Honeywell Gas Valves , Honeywell Controls , Honeywell Valves - SupplyHouse.com
