Question Hot air ducts

All of the hot air ducts on manufactured home run up between floor joist in crawl space, want to know if it is ok to lower ducts down below floor joist, so I can inspect them for holes, and install wrap insulation all the way around them.
Have found 2 small holes in the flex hoses. Feels like air leaking on flange where furnace is attached to duct.
Thanks for your answers and ideas

It is actually best to keep the ducts up against the floor. You can relocate the ducts as long as you insulate them well & insulate the cavity where the ducts were.
