Rheem 90 vent issues

I have this furnace and the same problem every year when the temp drops below a certain point. The intake and outgoing vent get plugged by the moisture freezing in the pipes. I think it is the out pipe that gets plugged by frost buildup. The CO2 can't get out so the sensor shuts the furnace down because it can't vent.

Any good solutions to the exhaust vent pipe clogging every time the outside temp goes near zero?

Make sure the vent pipes slope upward from the furnace to the vent termination at a rate of AT LEAST 1/4" rise per foot of run. Also the pipe(s) must be supported in a manner which will prevent sagging & thus low spots.
When supporting the pipe(s), DO NOT use plastic plumbers pipe strap. It will stretch over time. Use only metal supports.
