Gas furnace doesn't heat above 62 when very cold outside

My Carrier Weather Maker Infinity gas furnace (installed 2005) doesn't heat above 62 when very cold outside, below 15-20 degrees. Does fine otherwise. This has been a cold winter with temps that low often. This hasn't happened in other winters.

Have you checked your ducts for leaks or missung insulation?
If you will supply a full model number (usually on a sticker near the burners), we should be able to learn a bit more about that particular model.

If you also have the Infinity thermostat, what does the thermostat recommend that you check??

If you have a standard thermostat, count the flashes at the furnace when it fails to heat and post this information for better assistance.

Best to do a heat-loss calculation for your house. (There are readily available software for that.)Perhaps your furnace is simply undersized?
