Furnace exhaust pipe leaking

http://imageshack.com/a/img540/8806/3aHvEJ.jpg

I am a first time homeowner. Been in my house 6 months now. I have a gas furnace. The pipe is leaking water. It is rusted/corroded. Can I just buy the parts and home depot and replace or do I need to hire a professional?

Yes, you can buy the parts at Home Depot and do it yourself.

The reason you have exhaust pipe rusing out is because the flex liner in the chimney was not installed properly.
