I have a Rheem Furnace Model number RGPH-07EAUER, the blower motor quit working while the AC was running. I checked the AC unit which is fine but noticed there is no power to the board in the furnace (no lit led's) I have replaced the motor run/start capacitor, 120v to 24v transformer and control board and I still have no power. I am not getting good power to the transformer which is a 120v to 24v transformer. I check the transfromer and it has only 8v output with the furnace powered on but when I check the transformer out of the furnace I plugged into an outlet it has 24-27v. I also am not getting correct power at the board terminals for 120v. I check the black "hot" to ground and get 120v then I check the neutral to ground and get 120v but check the hot to neutral and get 0v??? I am getting lost. Thanks

We were using our furnace for the whole winter for heat, there were no issues. The other day, the temperature was getting relatively hot so we wanted to turn on the AC. I went outside to turn the switch on for the AC, however, when the switch was turned on the outside, the furnace all of the sudden stopped working. Now, neither the heat or AC works, or the "fan-only" setting. We did the following: - Reset the breakers - Turn the switch for the furnace on or off, even the miscellaneous switches - Checked the T stat - Tested the wires for the t stat and switch for the furnace, which were all operational. We even bought a new thermostat and installed it, still no luck. We opened up the panel and saw the pilot light wasn't on, we turned the ignition on and off, but it wouldn't turn on. Would this be a thermo couple problem? Is there something we did wrong that caused this? Right now, the furnace does not seem to be turning on. 1. In which area you live and ambient temperatures you usually experience. We live in Hamilton, Ontario, temperatures are cold during winter and hot during summer. Our house is generally colder in general. 2. House style and construction details. Single, detached built in 1901. House has been updated with new wiring, electrical, plumbing, etc. 3. Make, model and age of equipment related to the problem. Furnace was installed less than 5 years ago. It is made by Ducane, with a honeywell ignition. I cannot find the model. 4. Fuel type. Electric, but 100% sure. We have a switch to turn the furnace on, but also a gas line attached to the furnace. Our water heater is gas operated. 5. Water temperature and pressures of boiler systems. I am not sure of this at the moment. 6. What type of zoning do you have with your boiler system. In basement, both AC and heat controlled by 1 thermostat. 7. Thermostat type.
