This summer I had someone come work on my A/C since the blower motor was broken. I'm wondering if they screwed up the igniter for the furnace since it's not working. Last night was our first cold night (Gotta Love Texas!) but the heater never kicked on. I've checked the thermostat, the breaker box, etc. Everything seems fine, but I don't see any ignition to the gas flame. Here a few pics of the setup...not sure what I'm looking for at this point...
Any suggestions before I call a pro are appreciated. And/or, any way to determine if they were at fault or not?
Thanks!

I was going to turn the pictures but it looks like the orientation is correct.... is that correct ?
There is a diagnostic chart posted right there. It tells you to look at and count the LED flashes on the control board. The control board is in the blower section and there should be a sight glass where you can look thru the door and see the LED without opening the blower cover.

Also, carefully observe the sequence of events which occur when you turn up the thermostat, and post that sequence here, in order and in detail.

It's a Carrier 58STA110 gas furnace. I've attached a picture of the detailed model numbers, etc. The other pictures are the correct orientation, compared to the floor. The unit is installed horizontally, long-wise left to right. I'm assuming that's the standard installation method. As for a sequence. I crank up the temp on the thermostat, I can hear the unit click on, and I can hear the unit start to blow, but I don't see any flames or feel any hot air.

That's too vague to be of any help.
Furnaces don't just TURN ON. A a series of things has to happen before they turn on.
Take the cover off the burner compartment of the furnace and carefully observe the sequence of events which occurs and report that here.

There is no window/hole, per se, but the control box is on top of the unit (a bunch of relays and an LED). This time when I went up, I could hear it clicking back and forth, and it shows a "C4" error/message on the LED, alternating with the supply and return temps. I'm not finding that "code" in the manual, but will keep looking.

Update:
Well, for a brief, glorious moment in time the heater worked! Unfortunately, it was just before midnight right after I had just settled down for a long winter's nap. Since it was the first time this year the heater ran it caused the fire alarms to go off and woke up everyone in the house (and probably neighborhood). The smell of burning dust is great! Anyway, it hasn't worked since. It's a cozy 64 degrees inside this morning!
I do notice/hear the blower or the ventilation thingy trying to come on but it's only for a second.
My guess is that things are electrical and that I will just call someone. The "C4" error below is still a mystery and I can't figure out, based on their chart what it means.
Thanks for the help....I'm obviously not explaining/observing things well enough to help myself or y'all.
