Trane XB- Not blowing hard after flood

Just had a really bad flood in my basement and my furnace got hit. Had a tech out that found a lot of water in the blower. There was also a a squeak noise. He poured it all out and it seemed to be ok; minus the squeak which he said was due to wet bearings). It wasn't blowing a lot of air out of the vent, but there was some. He said that it may take awhile for it to dry out. It's been about 7 hours and it's still not blowing very hard. There are 4 flashing lights on the front which means a temperature limiter issue. I've also noticed that after it's been on for about 20 minutes that the squeak will slowly stop and the blower will sound like it's powered more, but then it shuts off and then starts to squeak again.

Update: I went to check on it and it randomly started blinking constantly and stop squealing. Which is normal. Then after a couple minutes it started to do the 4 blinking again and the squealing slowly came back as well.

Welcome to the forums.

Unfortunately those bearings are shot. Unless you see oil fittings..... the bearings are sealed and it's just about impossible to get oil in them.

Is that the problem? I don't mind the squealing if it works. I don't get why the squealing would stop when it's working properly then start again when the burner turns off. I've noticed the burner turns off after a few minutes after it starts.

If the blower isn't spinning fast enough the furnace overheats and shuts the burner off.
