Slow furnace gas leak

The other day I was cleaning around my furnace and noticed a slight gas odor coming from my furnace. I opened it up and tried the soap bubble test on the pipes and saw the bubble blow up where two metal pipes meet. See below orange arrow. Is there some pipe sealent stuff from Home Depot I can buy to repair it or does the pipe need to come off and redone properly by a professional? Thanks!

you must call a licensed pro. shut the gas until it's fixed.

Good call, there's no such thing as a "small leak" any leak you can smell is an explosion waiting to happen.
All I see is what looks like white teflon tape which is not legal. should have been yellow tape.

What you're seeing could be pipe dope.

Teflon tape is for water plumbing threaded connections.
