First, can we have some information of what furnace it is? And what 3 and 4 blinks mean? Is there a schematic that shows what a solid light indicates?

Take the cover off the burner compartment of the furnace.

Carefully observe the sequence of events which occur when you turn up the thermostat, and post that sequence here, in order and in detail.

If you cleaned out the small port where the hose connects to the inducer trap, I would next check for an obstruction in the vent pipe from the inducer to the outside.

If solid means normal operation, is it calling for heat? What's your meter indicate?

So when you turn up the thermostat, the inducer motor doesn't start?
