My boiler is empty and screaming!!!!

I have a Combination Boiler (Worcester Bosch 280)
I woke up this morning to it screaming and grinding. I also found a big puddle had leaked from the radiator. I noticed the blank end key was loose which i have now tightened. However I dont know how to get in to the boiler and refill it. The pressure guage is showing 0 bar. How can i refill the boiler?
*PLEASE HELP ASAP AS WE ARE FREEZING AND HAVE NO HOT WATER*

If you haven't

Shut boiler down and let it cool.Somewhere(follow the piping) there should be a valve to open.This will allow boiler feed water to enter the boiler.It is possible that the automatic feed is plugged.Trace water piping.If you do not have an automatic feed one should be installed once you are back on line.PDF

air handler unit keeps blowing

I have a Trane air handler unit. When I turn the thermostat off and have it in the auto position the unit continues to blow. My unit is electric. There are two sets of breakers on the front of the unit. I have to turn it off there to get it to stop blowing. What should I do? How can I solve this problem myself.

CAN YOU MAKE A 2.5 TON OUTSIDE UNIT WORK WITH A 3 TON EVAP COIL DO I NEED TO CHANGE THE PISTON KIT AND IF I DO WHAT SIZE DO I NEED , THANKS MARK
