Goodman Furnace Issue
I recently got the '3 blink' error light for the pressure switch stuck open. Switch is good, made sure there was no obstruction in the condensate/drain line. Now the black wire connector to the inducer motor is sparking. I've tried cleaning the connections and scrubbing with sandpaper. If the connector sits in just the right position it won't spark and the furnace will operate correctly, but will often shut down after awhile giving me the same '3 blink' error. If I wiggle the black wire connector to the inducer, it will run but obviously this looks like it will be an ongoing issue.
Any idea what is causing this spark?

My bias as a repairman would be to cut off the bad connector and crimp on a new one. But no reason not to try making the old one work if it can be made to do so.
One advantage a repairman has is a bunch of new such parts you can reach for and install easily.

A connector on a Goodman inducer motor ?
A picture of what you are working with would be very helpful. http://www.doityourself.com/forum/el...-pictures.html
