Gas furnace whisting once burner kicks in

My 5 yr old goodman gas furnace started to make whistling noise this season. The noise only kicks in when burner fires up. No whistling when only blower is running. It is particularly louder at the second stage. The technician noticed the problem when doing the tune up a month ago. He checked CO, gas pressure and a few other things, and told me nothing is wrong. He doesn't know the reason and told me nothing to worry since everything is on spec. I replaced the filter and even ran the furnace without filter for a few min, the noise is still present. I am at the loss. Any thoughts are welcome. Thanks.

It is barely noticeable at the first stage. But once second stage is in, the noise is loud.

I have seen this caused by using a 1/2" flexible gas hose instead of the larger 3/4" flex gas hose.

I have hard black gas pipe, no flex one.

I was referring to a 3 foot piece of flex between the black pipe and furnace.

It would have been an easy fix.

Just made a double check. It is hard pipe all the way to the furnace.
