LB,
This is a first for me. You are talking about 2 different circuits. The furnace has to be on it's own breaker and the bathroom another one. Did you try shutting the furnace breaker off and see if the blower works when you put the fan on. This is very strange, personally unless you are no stranger to electricity I would get somebody in to trace your circuits for safety sake. If they did that there's no telling what else they did.

Just my thoughts.

Hi Spott,
Thank you for help. I just tried what u said.
1. I turn off the furnace, the bathroom blower still can turn on/off by stwich.
2. I turn on the furnace, set a higher temperature to let furnace on.
If the bathroom blower off, the whole furnace system blower won't work, but the furnace still work.
If the bathroom blower on, everything is work..

So I have to turn on bathroom blower all the time to let my furnace work...

Are you sure your just not feeling air being pulled through the ducts by the bathroom fan?
The furnace will not function without the blower operating.
The furnace needs to be on its own circuit and comply with local electrical code.

I would suggest getting an electrician or hvac tech to inspect this. At a minimum it should be brought to code.
