Multiple Proplems, York P3urd14n09501

First Problem: The control board is not blinking any code- it blinks once after turn the power on.

Problem 2: The fan continues to run after the burner shuts off, Not a short time as it should , it will run indeffinately until I shut off the power.

Problem 3: The furnace will not ignite the burners, only the first burner in path of Igniter will lite up. I know I should not do this, but I need heat, so I use a long extended Cig Lighter and ignite the other Burners, I have ordered two new burners hoping that will cure this problem after I install them.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Bilhar 381

Check the crossovers between the burners and make sure they are clear.

I am not sure what you mean by Crossovers, if you mean the little grove on the side of the burner, then yes I cleaned them, wire brush and scraper. I see no obstruction on any thing else.

The crossover send flames to the next burner. It could be the gas pressure is low. Make sure the burners are clean.

Not much can go wrong on the burners, so I would hold off on the new burners.

I would call your gas supplier and have them check the pressure.

Multiple Problems

A short time ago, I received my new Burners, I installed them and now the furnace will ignite. So that problem is solved.

Now I suspect my Control Board is gone bad, it does not blink a code and the fan will not shut off after the heat is gone.

Can anyone help me with this problem Bilhar 381

As I stated in my previous post, I already installed the new Burners, they were rusted on the edge, My Gas supplier is a Propane company and they are located some distance away, they will charge me to much I fear.
