Rheem Criterion Burners not Lighting
Hello,
I have a Rheem Criterion model RGLH-07EAUER that stopped working a few days ago. The ignitor is working, and I tried to light it manually and it didn't light. Not sure where to start, but the water heater is fine so gas should be flowing to the unit, just not hitting the burners.
What is weird, and maybe I'm missing something, but the two green lights never flash, just constant green.
I've pushed the red reset button above the burners with the power on - it starts up but when I turn the heat back up on the thermostat same issue, not lighting. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

No when I pressed the red reset button, the inducer and motor (I think) kicked on but not the burners. I also just tried something I saw on a DIY video, blew air through a straw into the pressure switch hose, didn't work.

If you have a voltmeter, set it to AC volts and with the thermostat off (not calling for heat), check the voltage between the R and W terminals on the thermostat. You should measure ~24VAC. Set the thermostat to call for heat and check again between the R & W terminals. You should now measure 0VAC.
If you don't measure ~24VAC in the first test (thermostat off), check for a fuse (typically 3 or 5 amp). If no fuse can be found, your 24VAC transformer may be bad. Let us know what you find.

Take a look at page 33 of the manual.
If you get a glowing ignitor but no ignition and no error code I would suspect the control board has failed.

Makes sense. Also, I forgot to mention that this is a rental property and my tenant recently moved out, and when the furnace stopped working I discovered the filter (permanent molded filter) hadn't been cleaned in some time. Not sure if this is might be relevant.

It is very dusty in there but I see no evidence of water from a coil freezing up then defrosting.
I wouldn't hurt to clean up in there.
