ICP heater not coming on, make a humming noise

Hi I have an ICP model N8mpn075b12b2 and when we switch to Heat the unit just makes a humming noise and the blower does not run. The AC works fine and the blower runs and also will run if we switch the fan to On instead of Auto. The light blinks for 30 seconds and shuts off. I already put a fresh filter in and I was going to clean the flame sensor because it looks a little dark. Any thoughts on what this could be?

What’s humming, the inducer or the blower? Is the inducer getting power?

Unfortunately I can’t tell what is humming. I was just trying to get some ideas of what this could be so I know if a repair tech is being honest or just trying to upsell me for something I didn’t need.

Update...after looking at the manual I have the motor in the upper portion of the unit a spin and the blower came on once I pushed in the switch on the lower portion. It appears that I will need to replace that.

Which blower is that, the inducer or indoor blower?

Sorry, it was the inducer. I think I need to lubricate it or replace it at some point based on the noise it’s making when it kicks on.

It’s likely a sealed motor and cannot be lubricated.
