Oil fired furnace exhaust routing: Need help

So i got a older carrier 100,000btu oil furnace and i want to run it in my little shop can i run the exhaust piping up a little and out the side wall?

Welcome to the forums.

I'm a service person.... not installer but the flue needs to be concentric (double insulated) if it's passing thru something flammable. It also needs to go up high enough on the building to create a draft.

Thanks. I do have double insulated pipe to run through the wall and i have some pipe to go up with but how high and can i use a regular 4 way vent cap?
