Rudd AchieverQuite80 not workin right
when the heat side kicks on, then the exhaust motor , then the electric spark. and then the gas is suppose come on and light. Well sometimes it does and sometimes it does not. I can reset it and it will usually start but that's hard to do when your sound asleep and get up to a cold house. Any ideas? I am thinking it maybe in the gas valve not opening up right. There are not codes on the mother board two green lights all the time.

When was the las time the burners were removed and cleaned?
Probably also a good idea to check manifold and incoming gas pressure.

The intermittent ignition pilot needs to be cleaned. The flame sense/spark rod could be dirty.
The pilot orifice should be cleaned. The burners should be cleaned too.
Your gas furnace needs to be routinely serviced by a gas professional.
If you don't have one.... many gas companies have good technicians at very fair rates.
