Furnace off / resets with fan switch off then on

Furnace off / resets with fan switch off then on
Trane XE80 natural gas furnace shuts off even though thermostat is calling for heat. If I turn the fan switch off then on the furnace will work as normal for a while but then turn off again. Checked the filter and it is good. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, when the blower is running do you have a good flow of air coming out of the registers?
Are there any error codes flashing?

There is a good flow of air. The LED that flashes is located inside with no hole to see it. When I take the panel off the door switch turns off the power so the LED isn't blinking. I just took the panel off because it stopped again and pushed the door switch by hand and the furnace is working again. Next time it shuts off I'm going to do a continuity check on all the switches. Thank you for your reply and if you have any other suggestions it sure is appreciated,
