Model: RRGG - 10E37JKR Ignition module: Honeywell S8600H Thermostat control: White-Rodgers 1F86-244 4 wires - G, W, Y, R (Rc jumped to Rh) You guys have helped me work on this unit a few times over the years... replaced AC condenser fan, wall thermostat, and gas valve in the past. AC works fine, and I can turn the blower fan on, but when I turn the heat on, nothing happens anywhere... no thermostat click for heat, and no sparking or any other activity anywhere at unit. I checked voltages at the thermostat. I get 24V across R - G and R - Y, but only 7V across R - W. I disconnected the R and W wires from the thermostat, and still only got 7V. The 7V R-W appears to be the problem... what are my next troubleshooting steps out at the unit? If pictures of the wiring at the unit would help, just let me know. A Lennox Pulse21 Model: GSR21 Q3 80-1 will run all the time with the thermostat off. This condition inadvertently started after last heating season. I've replaced the ignition module, thermostat and the thermostat wiring with the same condition present. I think the Access Panel may be at fault?
