Replacing Resco furnace

I have a 30 years old Resco furnace/AC in my townhouse. It still functional, but I want to be ready with a replacement. The model # is CD5AXWO3000AAAA . There is also a tag on it "UNIT EQUIPPED WITH PISTON #67 REV A 318669-3067". I can't find it on Resco's page.
Is any of you familiar with this unit? Can you suggest replacements? Thanks, Mike

Welcome to the forums.

Are YOU personally going to replace the unit yourself or have it done ?
If you are having it done..... call and get three price quotes.

I could not find your model number listed but the CD5AXW series is a evaporator coil unit.
Do you have a gas furnace with that attached ?
Maybe you have a heat pump ?

The "piston" refered to is in the refrigerant line to the cold coil.
If the system is as old as you say..... you may have to replace the outside unit at the same time.
