New Oil Heater Pump Making Obnoxious Noise

So I recently had an a new oil/wood/coal furnace installed, the intake pump for the holding tank is making an incredibly loud and annoying whistling/screeching noise. See attached video. Is there anything I can do short of replacing the pump? Can you oil these things?

If the pump has ceramic seals, they will often screech like that.
