Sometimes Blows Cold Air Mind of its Own
I bought my house a year ago. We noticed this problem as soon as the cold weather hit.
Winchester Gas Furnace. Sometimes it will kick on, take 2 to 3 times to blow air. Sometimes its warm, sometimes its cold and i have to flip the switch and turn it off and back on then its fine. Themostat ticks and sends for heat. I've replaced flame sensor and ignitor. Error code is 7. Had a hvac guy out last year. He cleaned the unit and replaces a part (not sure what part, I've sent them messages to ask but can't get a reply). He also told me to run it without a filter. But doesn't seem to effect the probibility it will blow cold or hot. Any ideas left that I can do without calling out HVAC guy?

Welcome to the forums.
The parent company for your furnace is York. The link below lists the York fault codes but may not be the correct manual for your furnace.
7 RED FLASHES: This fault code indicates that the flame could not be established. This no-light condition occurred 3 times (2 retries) during the call for heat before locking out. Low gas pressure, faulty gas valve, faulty hot surface igniter or burner problem may cause this. The furnace will lock out for one hour and then restart.
Fault codes at end of manual.

Low gas pressure, faulty gas valve, faulty hot surface igniter or burner problem may cause this.
The items above, listed under the diagnostic code are where to start your troubleshooting.
