Hi everybody I have gas Goodman forced air furnace with ac coils and outside condenser- what I can’t understand it word fine in heat or cool mode however on the control board I have wire going to the R, W , G, and C but I have no wire going to Y (cooling) like wise on my nest thermostat I have 4 wires attached to Y1 W1 G and Rh my question is where does the 2 wires from my condenser go to if there is no Y wire attached on the control board- can anyone explain how that is ossicle thanking you in advance Tom

Hello, I have a York furnace model P3URB10N05501E. Seems to have an issue that has occurred twice now in two weeks. About two weeks ago on a Saturday morning woke up and the furnace was on and blowing cold air. Set point was 70 and house was down to 64. Turned thermo down below 64 and it clicked off inside thermo but furnace would not shutdown. Had to turn the switch off on side of furnace to cut power to it. Left it off for a bit and turned it back on. Tried agian turning thermo up and furnace worked fine and has been heating house for last two weeks pretty much every day. Fas t forward to this morning Saturday agian and same thing house was cold and it was blowing cold air. Lowered thermo, clicked off but furnace would not shutdown. Turned power off and back on and now it has been cycling and heating fine for the last couple hours. Any thoughts what this might be and how to further troubleshoot/repair. My first thought May be the main control board if it gets locked up or something and needs to be powered down to reset. Thx a bunch
