Inducer Fan Won't Turn Off

The inducer fan constantly runs even after the desired temperature is reached. I can only get it to shut off if I turn the thermostat or power to the furnace off. Any ideas? Attached picture below is from the furnace.

Do the burner and the main blower shut off ?
If yes.... the relay on the control board that powers the draft inducer
has arced together requiring a board replacement.

Yes they shut off.

Is there another board that is compatible with this one? Can't seem to find it online.

Should this tab be broken?

Does this white bar look shorted? Any idea what it's purpose is?

Not sure what you are referring to.
Looks like the board was purposely broken there for that function.

Just bought a replacement board, once I replace it I will give an update. The "white bar" I am referring to is the resistor in the third picture. Does it look burnt to you?

The resistor with the brown-black-red-gold stripes on it is in the power supply. There is a zener diode that clamps the voltage that comes out of that resistor. A lot of heat in this process. That resistor looks ok but the solder may be shot.

PJ, I bought the new circuit board from the link that you gave me and this is what they sent me. Is this going to work though it says replacement for Goodman B18099-04...? I know the link you sent me was the circuit board for replacing Goodman B18099-03.
