5 year old Rheem Furnace (gas)

Unit stopped heating last night. It doesn’t appear that the gas valve is opening. Voltage to valve is 119v although it should be 24volts. Inducer comes on for around 30 seconds then spark igniter sparks one time then system shuts down. Ignitor does not glow although I don’t think it is supposed to.

Welcome to the forums.

You need to be measuring AC voltages. There should not be high voltage on a gas valve.

If you have a spark ignition system.... that would light the burner direct or a pilot light.
There wouldn't be anything to glow.

You're going to need to post the model number for that furnace. It can be found on an ID tag inside on the sidewall near the burner.
