Recently had new Roth 1000L oil tank installed and a full comprehensive inspection was done on furnace at the same time. New lines were installed as the furnace has now been equipped with an anti-siphon valve, a tiger loop and a return line (to the tiger loop). The gauge on the anti-siphon valve was sitting at 0 and I called them they said it was supposed to be at 20psi so I pressurized it to 20psi. Still I cannot get the pump to pull oil in. I have manually added the oil to the filter 90% full and tried starting it, but still nothing. At the time of install there was no oil as I was waiting for the winterized oil. I check the outlet line going to the loop and there Is a plug installed for a line 2 system which is right. I have the valve on the oil tank open, the firomatic valve is open. The total run of line is about 30 feet and the tank is outside. I ran the burner for about 30 seconds by shining a light at the photocell but ended up shutting it down for fear of damaging pump running dry. Can anyone think of what could be causing the problem? Hoping to get this going so I don’t have to wait for them to come back out as it is starting to get colder. The burner / pump is a Riello BF3. [b]I was reading the instructions for this burner and it says I can add oil to vacuum port on the pump to protect it from damage while trying to purge the line. Is this just the standard home heating oil that I can pump in there with a small syringe?[/b]

The inducer fan constantly runs even after the desired temperature is reached. I can only get it to shut off if I turn the thermostat or power to the furnace off. Any ideas? Attached picture below is from the furnace.
