Pilot wont light Armstrong model# EG6E80DC16-3
The pilot wont light on my older Armstrong furnace. I've cleaned the thermocouple and flame sensor. Im stuck and don't know where to go from here. The furnace will light manually and stay lit. Any help would be appreciated!

Welcome to the forums.
I'm having trouble finding service info.
However that should be an electronic ignition/pilot system.
That means there should be a spark, the pilot lights and then several seconds later the burner lights.
This type of system doesn't actually have a flame sensor rod and should not have a thermocouple.
Post the part number on the control board.
