Furnace is using a Honeywell R8230A-1044 relay that feeds the gas valve unit that is intermittently falling to make contact. Original part is discontinued. Looking for recommendations on what to reface it with.

I replaced my furnace two years ago and last winter it worked perfectly, no issues. I had annual service in August and was told it was perfect condition. Come October the issues began. First there was a burning oil smell that was very distinct coming through the vents. Then this eventually led to furnace completely shutting down, even after reseting it. Service guy came and said it was clogged nozzle and replaced. He also said maybe it was my older tank putting contaminates into line that might have clogged it and put additive into tank to clear out contaminates. Two days later the furnace shuts down again and I call service guy. He clears line, puts a fancier oil filter on (one he says is as good as a car engine filter) and replaces nozzle. That lasted two months but then issues started happened again. First furnace would shut down during regular cycle and have to restart itself occasionally, but eventually got itself working. Then it shut down and I reset it and it worked again a day. Then shut down to point reset wouldn't work. Service guy came again and again said clogged nozzle. He couldn't give underlying reason for it though! Now it's been a week and again furnace is not cycling properly all the time and I'm worried will shut down again (maybe in middle of night) and I don't know what could be causing this issue?? Obviously there is something wrong that is clogging the nozzles and none of the service people have identified the issue. Any thoughts on what this possibly could be??
