Test number one: Put a thermometer in said rooms and verify that the temperature difference is an objective reality. I have seen many such complaints center around what was measured to be a 2 degree or less temp difference.
Test number two: Check your AC filter. A dirty filter can result in rooms at the furthest ends of the system not getting enough circulation.
Test number three: Is the door to this room habitually closed without any other return path for air than the gap under the door (which needs to be 1/2 inch minimum to do you _any_ good)?
Dose this room have a south facing, large amounts of glass, a brick facade that's not outside the other room? Sometimes the problem is one of heat infiltration rather than lack of AC function.
If you eliminate all of these things, then you need to look at the AC system itself for dirty coils, or slightly low freon.
