When running 3/8" tubing for a condensate pump, is it okay if it doesn't go straight up into the ceiling? What I mean is that it's easier for me to run it behind my furnace and into the ceiling where there is already some open space. What I would like to do is then take it out of the hole where the dryer vent runs (there is enough of a gap) and run it over to the washer drain. Are there any issues with doing it like this? I also understand that it is good to have a downward slope. Is it okay to loop it over the gas line in the ceiling to help achieve a downward run? As far as making it a neat installation, is there something I could use to clamp the 3/8" plastic tubing to the furnace? I guess I should also clamp it to the wall behind the washer/dryer.

Morning all, New here so please excuse my dumb questions. I bought this house in 95 and have never changed either th furnace or A/C. They work fine for years but now the transformer is sticking on the furnace. Its the old York (Borg-Warner). Model # CG-105-B3N Serial # WO-160141 I'm usually pretty good tracking things down on the internet but heck I'm stumped with this one. The oldest that I could find was 71 and it was not even close in the sequence numbers. What I need is the transformer. Its sticking. After the heat turns off the fan will stay running (for days).unless i whomp the transformer with my cell phone then it will shut down. Im looking for this transformer. 175-200101-11 CJ 025-15756C 3/4HP 125/250V A E33034 40va TRANSFORMER SEC.24V. N.E.C. CLASS2 Yup has a few numbers. I have tried most all the parts houses and none can find either the model or part number? Thanks
