Fuel oil furnace heat ducts messed up?

Hello all, I have a double wide trailer that has a Miller oil furnace. My problem is only heat comes out of half of my duct work. Heat only comes out of the ducts on one side of the trailer. I actually had a local company come out and check it out like 2 years ago. Of course I wasn't home and my girlfriend didn't really understand what they were talking about. Anyway the guy did tell her that all the ducts were hooked up as he had a camera he stuck down them. Any help is greatly appreciated as usual. Is my old pal Grady still a moderator?

Grady is still a moderator.

Does just heat come out of one half or does the airflow in general just come out of one side ?
That would mean that nothing comes out of the other side.

Either the ductwork has come apart or there is a damper where you can adjust the flow to either side.
