Trane heat pump gas furnace no heat

I have an interesting one for you guys.

I have a Trane TUY100 gas furnace paired up with a Trane heat pump, these are older models dating back to 2004. I have the system paired with a Honeywell WiFi thermostat. Everything has been working with this thermostat since last December without issues until last night.

It was cold enough last night that the heat pump shut off and the furnace should have kicked in but I woke up
to a 64 degree house and the fan running blowing cold air.

I have no error codes, the light is blinking 20 times green then 1 red to indicate everything is normal, the inducer motor kicks on but the igniter doesn't turn on and the gas valve does not open. The high limit switch didn't need to be reset and I have checked all the hoses to the pressure switches for clogs or cracks, the limit switches click when I blow into the hose and I have tried a jumper on those which didn't change the situation.

Without an error code, I am at a bit of a loss as to what is going on. I shut the power off to the heat pump which again should invoke the furnace to turn on and I have switched the thermostat to emergency heat which again should run just the furnace, both of those resulted in the inducer turning on but nothing else. The heat pump is working fine this morning after the temp rose above 30 outside.
