Furnace problem

I have a coleman evcon model # DGAT070BDD furnace that isn't blowing hot air. Have changed the motherboard, condenser motor, blower motor, and relay. Furnace will come on fire up and stay lit but when the blower motor comes on the air coming out is only luke warm. Will not get hot enough to heat in cold Temps. There is no leaks in the duct work. I am out of options. I live in michigan and it's winter so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the forums.

I'm not sure replacing parts is going to help.
Can you see the flames in the burner ? Do they look normal ?
Is the blower fan running too fast ?
There is a draft inducer blower.... is that running ?

Thank you for the welcome. I can see the flames and all looks fine to me. Blue flame and I pulled the burner out to inspect it and it all looks good. As far as I could tell in my research the condenser motor and draft inductor are one in the same. I feel I'm going to have to break down and call a professional in on this one. I just really don't have the money for that at the moment. Was just trying to solve myself. Thanks for the info.

To me, this indicates the electrical devices are operational. “Furnace will come on fire up and stay lit but when the blower motor comes on the air coming out is only luke warm.” Something must have changed between old and new devices. Is the blower motor replacement the same RPM or connected for same speed (if old motor was multiple speed) as old blower motor?

I think I'd recommend having that furnace looked at by a pro. That is not a typical problem.

I thought about the new blower motor. The old one I took out ended up not being the problem it was the motherboard. I put the old blower motor back in hoping that would work to no success. I do believe that something must have changed in components from the old motherboard to the new one. The furnace is at least 20 years old. Thank you for your thoughts and tips. I'm gonna have to call a pro on this one. Maybe time to replace the 20 year old unit.
