Intertherm Model MMHA 056AAHR 05. Intermittent problem, thermostat calls for heat, furnace does nothing. I turn the thermostat way down then up again and it starts working normally. Works for a day or so and then same problem. Very frustrating. I did get a 4 red flash error code on the control board but never had to kill the power to reset, just did the thermostat down and up thing to get it going. I'm thinking of replacing the control board, any other ideas?? Thanks Terry

So let me just say this thing has been fun. Ill leave brands and voltage and what not to the pictures because i will have to double and triple check every time. I tried attaching a video but it wouldnt let me. My problem is with the blower motor i suspect. Ive had several friends that know more about hvac than me help out a little and thats where alot of my information about this comes from. Im probably not informed enough to do this but here i am. The issue is that the furnance comes on with the digital thermostat, fires up the pilots for a bit, the blower tries spinning then it all shuts off. The blower was doing real weak half and quarter or less spins then we replaced the capacitor because it was reading bad. Now its going a little stronger, half to full turns and stopping. If i keep the fan ON it just keeps trying to do this non stop. I tried performing a manual start and it didnt work. It felt like the motor was trying to push backwards at me at a couple points as it tried spinning. I also wasnt able to get the multimeter to read the new capacitor. My question is would you say i have another bad capacitor, a bad blower motor, or something else goin on? Other things to mention are the furnace is from 2009, the blower has been replaced three times. The coils were filthy and so were the ducts. Had those cleaned. Not sure what else could be bad.
