Question Intermittent heat issue

My heat will not turn on normally in my house. It works intermittently and I have no idea how to fix it. The control board has a steady light which indicates normal operation. The furnace calls for heat, igniter glows, I can hear a click, which is when the gas is supposed to come on, and then the system shuts down. This repeats until I turn it off. What’s weird is that it works sometimes and seems to be at random times. I’ve practically rebuilt the entire furnace with new parts and now I’m at a loss as to what to do.

This is what I’ve replaced so far:

Flame sensor
Gas valve
Primary limit switch
Air pressure switch
Cleaned burners / gas pipe
Air Pressure Tubing
Rollout switches
Inducer motor
3 thermostats (all new)

The only thing left would be the control board. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forums.

Have you had the furnace checked and cleaned recently ?
You should have. It is not a maintenance free appliance.

Have you checked for 24vac to the gas valve ?
It will only be there for several seconds before the cycle restarts.

There is a sticky on furnace repairs at the top of the forum.
