Rheem furnace runs for 5-7 mins and then cycles. Throwing 1 blink code.
Hi, I have a RGPS-05EAUER that keeps throwing a 1 blink code. I have changed out the flame sensor already. The furnace will start up and run for 5-7 mins and then cuts off. The flame sensor light stays light steady until the furnace shuts off the gas. The induce draft motor will still run for 180 sec. Then shuts off. Then it will start over again and run for another 5-7 mins and then after 4 times it throws a 1 blink code. Any help would be much appreciated.

A one flash fault code is lockout. This is the code you get after the board faults 3-4 times.
You need to get the code when the board fails the first time..... before lockout.
Running for 5-7 minutes sounds like the furnace is over heating. That means you should be getting a three flash code. You'll need to look into why the furnace is running hot. Check/replace filter(s). Check for blocked returns and too many closed registers. Dirty blower wheel. Possibly a dirty A/C coil. This one is hard to check.
