Welcome to the forums.
The 8 flash code is a one hour lockout code after a fault occurs 4-5 times.
You need to watch for the fault code that is set as soon as the problem occurs.
It sounds like an overheat problem.

ok so i took filter out did same thing it has no flashes till after the burner goes out then it blows cold air and has 8 flashes
so i shut furnace off turned back on started burner went out after about 5 minutes then in a little bit the ignitor started glowing nothing happen i took a screwdriver and tapped on gas valve nothing i tapped on the pressure switch fired back up finished the cycle till it warmed up house then shut off do u think it needs a new pressure switch i looked online they are about 32.00 should i buy one and try that

It is not the pressure switch. The pressure switch must prove before the igniter will heat.
Your pressure switch is proving.
You'd need to monitor for 24vAC to the gas valve when the burner should be operating.
Lot of good info here..... Please read first for furnace repairs.
