In your first thread I mentioned the importance of a model number. XL90 is not a model number.
Look on the inside wall of the furnace near the burner area for the ID tag.
Post the entire model number.

That burner doesn't look familiar....especially for a Trane.

Keep in mind that older furnaces need to have their heat exchangers checked for rust thru issues.
Rust thru allows CO to enter the air stream and get carried into the house.

Are you sure that's not a Goodman burner ?
It looks identical to a B1822501S.

You're only showing the inside of the burner.... not the entire assembly.
Your model.... TUC100B960A0
Burner # BNR00567

The burner is no longer shown in the Trane parts list. Furnace is too old. (1989)
May be time to replace the furnace.

I've only found what I think is your burner. Better sit down before looking at the price.
Repair Clinic parts

If no luck at Repair Clinic try HVAC PartsShop..... HVAC PartShop

Quite honestly I've never had to change a burner before. Have cleaned many.

If the measurements are the same it should work.
Doubtful there are too many burner manufacturers.
