Blower won't turn off!
I've had this issue for a bit now but it makes keeping the house warm difficult since it's constantly blowing cold air after the heats off.
It's a st9103 board which I've replaced 3 times thinking that was the issue. The limits are closed for sure.
The furnace currently has a r7284 oil controller which replaced the prior Carlin 14280(I'm wondering if that was even compatible)
The issue is on the st9103 main board, the heat lead ALWAYS has 120v. I've traced the reason for that down to the oil control unit! When L1 is plugged in to the oil control, the main control heat lead is 120v.. I don't know why that is and don't know if I can justify buying a 30 year old used Carlin 14280 for $800.. please help.

Welcome to the forums.
Not sure what you are doing. You have two control boards connected together.
How did you change the wiring from the 14280 to the R7284 ?
Is there a posted wiring diagram for you system ?
The T-9103 is a primary oil controller and fan timer.
If the heat blower terminal is always hot.... then that board thinks there is an open limit.

My uncle changed it out years ago and I'm not sure how the wiring was changed. I do however know that there is now a standalone igniter. Do you think then that I can just remove the oil controller and wire directly with the control board? I don't have any wiring diagram other than what I have found in manuals from the r7284 and st9103. The st9103 manual shows connecting the board to an oil controller though.
