York furnace not getting enough gas? White rodgers board 50A50-241, gas valve is also White Rodgers 36E97. When I turn it on the board light comes on for a few seconds and then goes back off. Blower then turns on, after about 30 seconds the ignitor heats up and glows bright. I can hear the gas valve click on and i even get a faint gas smell but there isn't any gas flow coming so after 5 seconds the valve and igniter both turn off. Blower keeps going, no flashes from the board and no more attempts at ignition but blower keeps spinning for a few more minutes. I tested power going to the valve during ignition. I'm getting about 3 Volts when the valve is supposes to turn on and that drops down immediately to less then 1 volt (0.9~0.7 volts). After about 5 second it goes back to 0 as the ignitor also switches off. I testes my transformer and i have resistance on both sides for the 120v and the 24v. Fan, blower, ignitor all come on when there supposed to but looks like I'm not getting enough voltage to the valve. Does that mean i have a bad connection somewhere on my board?

Can anyone help me with the proper way to seal this exhaust duct piece to the draft fan on my furnace? The piece of ducting has a crack along the back of it and is leaking water into my furnace. It looks like I can buy the new horizontal piece a new vertical piece for it, but the current piece looks like it's sealed into the fan with some sort of caulk or something. I want to make sure i seal it correctly if I replace it myself. I'm also not sure how to seal the horizontal piece to the vertical piece. The vertical piece I'm talking about is just outside of this frame on the top side, but it's of the same material as this pipe and extends outside of the furnace. Once outside of the furnace it just transitions to typical PVC and is all glued together. The two pieces (horizontal and vertical) are not locked together tightly, meaning there is some slip and I can move them relative to each other.
