Is there a chart that would tell me the nominal high side and low side readings for window or wall units according to btu size and outside temp?

If you have

a window unit it was manufactured with no access valves.Purchase a digital thermometer.Place window unit to fan only.Allow it to settle for 5 minutes.Start a/c.Let it run for 20 minutes.Take the 1st temp reading with only the fan running, lets say 80 degrees, take the 2nd temp reading, lets say 62 degrees. If this is the case window shaker is doing okay. The digital thermometer should be placed where the air is blowing out towards you.PDF

3 places to

find info.
#1,every set of refrigerant gauges have a press/temp chart on the dials
#2,model and serial number plate also give the total weigh in charge
#3,stop at a HVAC supply house for a free press/temp chart.PDF
