Exclamation

Lately, I have noticed a smell coming up through the vents whenever the air is running. It smells like rotten eggs. About 3 weeks ago, the coils(?) on the unit (inside the home) froze over. Once they thawed, the water drips inside a pan. Could this water be causing this smell? I've already changed the filter, and it doesn't seem to help. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

You need to

Shut system down, remove panels from inside coil, clean evap coils, flush and clean evap pan.THEN use a bleach solution to sanitize both coil and pan. There is "STUFF" growing,it has gotten wet,and has activated itself.PDF

Hi Again, I need to know what I can do about grouting that is coming up between my ceramic tiles. Is there a product that I can use to seal it or do I have to regrout?

Thanks for your help,
Claudia Walas
