air-condition problem
#1
I have a Jenitrol Type S gas fired.
The A/C went out in the middle of the night. In the AM the lines were froze over. Outside we have a Rudd Achiever 10.
Outside is working fine.
Squirrel cage (blower motor) turns itermittently. What Fan will not run on the manual mode. Will run for about 30 seconds in On mode and then you hear a click and fan stops.
Please help.

The fact that the motor tries to run tells me that you may be lucky and only need to replace the blower motor capacitor. The worst case, of course, is a failing motor that quits when it gets hot.
The motor capacitor (generally an oval or tubular module on the fan housing) is a pretty cheap item just take the old one with you (short the terminals with a screw driver after the power is off, before you handle it) to the supply house to get the right size and rating.
You froze up because no fan=no air flow=much ice.
