Furnace Only Blowing Cold Air

We have a Carrier furnace located under the house and everything seems to be working properly, but only cold air is coming out of the vents. We have an electric pilot light and the thermostat is working fine. I set the temperature well about room temperature and selected "heat" and then turned the fan on -- everything clicked on but the air is cold. I went under the house a noticed a red blicking light. After reading the inside panel relating to the short and long blinks, it says the problem is, "Pressure, Draft Safeguard, Auxiliary-Limit (when used), or blocked vent shutoff (when used) switch did not close or reopened." Can someone please explain this to me. What should I check before calling a repair person? Thanks for your help!!!

Either you have a venting problem, blockage, slope proble ect...
Or your condenstae is plugged. Is there a drain hose coming out of the furnace, check to make sure its clean.
