Inside and outside ac unit freezing up

My outside AC unit is freezing up on the coils and the copper tube going in to the unit. The inside AC unit is also freezing up on the coils. I get almost no air from the vents and it is not cold. Both units continue to run however.

Turn tstat to off

place fan switch to on for 4 or 5 hours. This will defrost unit.Next check air filter. If it is dirty or plugged replace it.Give us a holler back.PDF
