2 vents, 1 flue

A few years ago we switched from a forced air oil furnace to gas. Recently we switched our hot water tank from electric to gas also. I've set both side by side and want to vent them both thru the same flue as the oil furnance once was. The flue itself is part of the fireplace although it has its own chase and is tile lined. Vent sizes are 4 inch for the furnace and 3 inch for the hot water tank. See any problem with this? Have any suggestions? Thank you.

no problem

The fuel is natural gas. Climbing on top of the roof and measuring the opening of the flue is approx. 6 1/2" by 10 1/2".
