I encourage you all to email the administrator, at [email protected], and tell them how you feel.

If that doesn't work, I encourage you to direct your comments to the manufacturer and/or the company advertising the product.

If we don't speak up now we will continue to see more of this crap. A pop-up that you can clearly see is one thing. This transparent po-up is clearly over the line.

I use Opera. No popups here (or anywhere else).

very annoying, but this is the trend and they do have to pay the bills so I need to find the time to look at opera and other products like it. How's that do not call list coming along?

There is a "Google Toolbar" that can be installed to block pop-ups. I don't know how well this works because I use the Safari browser on a Mac. Like Opera, Safari will also block all pop-up windows with a simple check box in the preferences.

It's more than a popup. I have a popup and an ad blocker and it is not stopping this.

The Google popup blocker isn't working for this one (at least on IE6).

I don't mind it ONCE, annoying as it is, if that's what it takes to pay the bills...but on almost every page (even when I click the ad and leave it open in a seperate window) is EXCESSIVE.

It seems to be down to once per session. That I can live with. I know the bills need to be paid somehow.
Thanks to whomever fixed it.
