Goodbye, Dime

http://cbs4boston.com/news/topstorie...344071008.html

Maybe your a metal fan, maybe not... I am, and I've lost a friend today. Dime, it was a pleasure knowing you, my friend.

I'm raising a glass right now, and hoping that you end up where you wanted!

May you kick as much ass in the afterlife as you did here on Earth...

Chris

PS. Tell The Bishop I said hi.

Anytime something happens like that it sure is a tragety. I saw Pantera in Cincy at a place called Annies back in the 80's. They sure did rock.

I haven't been following the outcome, so what was his motive?? I'm sure the band wasn't that bad. The guy deffinitly snapped over something.

No one knows of a motive, and they doubt they ever will. Tragic. Crazy people, man. Crazy...

i didnt follow the bands music, but i know they were highly regarded by most in the heavy metal world. i just wanted to say that i met him once a few years back playing golf in arlington. he was a pretty cool and down to earth dude. also, my mechanic and assistant remember him as a little squirt that hung around asking to play with their instruments at parties back in the day. too bad it had to end the way it did. godspeed dime bag.
